Our story
About us
We started this business because most workplace neurodiversity training is written and delivered by people who have studied the subject but never lived it. We're a wholly neurodivergent-led team of two co-founders: one focused on building the relationships and the case for this work, the other delivering it face to face from their own experience.
The mission was always bigger than one diagnosis: workplaces where people are safe and included. As we talked to local employers, the same newer themes kept coming up: a rise in hate speech and online abuse, and a wave of anxiety and fresh risks arriving with AI. So we widened what we offer to meet them, keeping the lived-experience ethos that started us.
We're based in Merseyside and work both online and in person across Liverpool and Greater Manchester: a self-paced e-course when that suits, and live sessions when being in the room matters. We stay small and hands-on on purpose, rather than becoming a faceless, off-the-shelf operation. If you want a training provider that looks like the people it's training your managers to support, that's the whole reason we exist.
We're an early-stage business, currently running pilot sessions with local SMEs and building out our first case studies. See testimonials for where we're at. Our neurodiversity work is where we're most established; the dignity-at-work and AI pillars are newer and growing, and we'd rather earn your trust than over-claim.
Why us
Credibility built on outcomes
We talk about our facilitators collectively rather than as individual case studies. The emphasis is on what the training changes for you.
-
Our facilitators are neurodivergent themselves
- People who navigate neurodiversity in their own working life.
-
We stay small and local on purpose
- No plan to become a faceless national platform. We choose depth over reach, whether you take the e-course or book us in person.
-
We re-seek every testimonial directly
- Fresh, explicitly-consented feedback from our own clients, never recycled from anywhere else.

We practise what we teach
Making our own workplace mentally accessible
Since the whole offering is credibility built on lived experience, how we run this business has to hold up to the same standard we teach clients. This is how we actually operate.
-
Physical & sensory environment
- A quiet space to step away from, control over lighting and noise, and clear, uncluttered layouts wherever we work, whether that's our own space or a client site.
-
Working patterns & pace
- Flexible hours where the work allows, written agendas shared in advance, and processing time instead of demanding instant answers in meetings.
-
Communication norms
- Explicit rather than implied instructions, a choice of written or spoken channels, and regular low-pressure check-ins rather than only escalating when something's wrong.
-
Positive mental health practices
- Normalising breaks, building in recovery time after high-stimulation work like delivering a workshop, and an open, no-blame process for flagging what isn't working.
