Training & resources

What we do

Three connected areas of training for workplaces that are both inclusive and safe: the neurodiversity work we were founded on, the rising problem of hate speech and harassment, and the risks and responsibilities that come with AI. Take one, or combine them. Each is available as a self-paced e-course, a live in-person workshop, or a manager add-on.

Pillar one: where we started

Neurodiversity & inclusion

Our founding work, delivered by neurodivergent facilitators drawing on their own experience. We frame difference as difference rather than deficit, and give teams the practical confidence that awareness-only training tends to leave out.

  • What neurodiversity means: autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and more, framed as difference rather than deficit.
  • Common myths and misconceptions in the workplace, and where they come from.
  • Equality Act basics and reasonable adjustments, plus how to respond when someone discloses.
  • Everyday inclusive practice: communication styles, meeting formats, sensory considerations.
  • Manager-level depth on request: disclosure conversations, designing adjustments, and performance without conflating difference with underperformance.

Pillar two

Dignity at work: hate speech & harassment

Hostility at work isn't always loud. It shows up as "banter", micro-aggressions, pile-ons in group chats, and abuse aimed at customer-facing staff. Employers now carry a legal duty to get ahead of it. This grew out of our inclusion work: the people most often targeted are the ones we already stand with.

Between colleagues
Naming hate speech, slurs and micro-aggressions for what they are, and giving teams the language to challenge them without escalating.
Online & public-facing abuse
Protecting staff from abuse on company channels and from the public, and knowing when and how to moderate, report and support.
Your legal duty to prevent it
Where the Equality Act 2010 and the Worker Protection Act 2023 duty to prevent harassment land in practice, turning policy into something managers actually do.
Ableist hate, specifically
The hostility disabled and neurodivergent people face most, often dismissed or unseen, brought into the open with the credibility of lived experience.

Pillar three: our newest area

AI & the modern workplace

AI is already reshaping how people are hired, managed, targeted and deceived at work. We keep this practical and current, and we're honest that it's our newest, fastest-moving area: built on research and partners, not decades of our own track record.

Bias & discrimination in AI tools
Hiring tools, productivity monitoring and algorithms that can disadvantage neurodivergent and marginalised staff without anyone noticing, and what to check for.
AI-generated harassment & deepfakes
How image, video and voice generation is being used to impersonate, humiliate and abuse people, and how to respond and support those targeted.
Phishing & AI-enabled fraud
Why scams and impersonation are suddenly far more convincing, from deepfake voice and video to synthetic media, and practical habits that keep your people and systems safer.
Using AI responsibly
Plain, non-hype literacy: safe everyday use, what not to feed into AI tools, and supporting staff through the anxiety that automation and job change can bring.

How we deliver it

Three formats, any pillar

Mix and match: the same three formats carry whichever pillars you choose.

Self-paced e-course

Foundations for the whole team: pre-work before a live session, or a standalone starting point. Priced to be genuinely accessible.

Live in-person workshop

Our core experience: real stories, practical scenarios and live Q&A in the room. It's what the live format adds on top of the e-course.

Manager add-on

A focused layer for the people who have to act: handling disclosures, responding to incidents, and the decisions awareness training leaves open.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us what's prompting this, whether it's a specific incident, a policy deadline, or just getting ahead of it, and we'll suggest which pillars and format make sense for your team.
