Our standard session works best with up to around 15 people, so there's room for genuine discussion rather than a lecture. For larger teams, we can run repeat sessions or discuss a bigger format on a call.

The live workshop and manager add-on are delivered in person. That's deliberate: it's a big part of why the format works. The e-course is self-paced and online. If in-person genuinely isn't possible for you, get in touch and we'll talk it through.
